Summer Training

EMSC summer training is designed to keep athletes engaged in the off season and help them build the stamina, strength, and flexibility needed to meet their ski and snowboard goals. This includes, trampolines/air awareness, strength and conditioning, and on snow training!

Sign up for this camp to work on increasing you air awareness and stomp your spin, flip, and cork goals! Athletes will have access to trampolines, airbags and roller boards/skis to train new tricks. These sessions run every monday and wednesday

Copper Summer Hike Park

Saturdays

Come rip the hike park at Copper Mountain with us, get professional coaching and crush your ski and snowboard goals this summer! We will be taking a van from boulder in the morning. Our professional coaches are pumped to work with freestyle athletes of all skill levels!
