Summer Training

Our summer training programs are designed to give athletes year round training opportunities to prepare young athletes for the upcoming ski and snowboard season. Our training includes strength and conditioning, air awareness, mountain biking, and summer hike park days at Copper Mountain! in these activities during the off season not only keeps skills sharp but also develops strength and flexibility, ensuring that your athletes are ready to hit the slopes with confidence when winter returns!

Workouts in the Park

  • August 26th - November 13th

    Tuesdays & Thursdays

    5pm - 7pm

  • $15 per drop in

  • Workouts will be held in North Boulder Park unless otherwise stated.

    Other locations can include, Valmont park, Alpine Training Center or various hiking trailheads.

Trampoline & Airbag Training

Dial in your air awareness and learn new tricks on the trampolines, airbags and skatepark!

  • August 25th - November 12th

    Monday & Wednesday

    4:30pm - 7:30pm

    4:30 - Shuttle Leaves Boulder (mcguckins hardware parking lo)

    5pm - Arrive at Snobahn

    7pm - Leave Snobahn

    7:30pm - back in boulder

  • $45 per drop in

    $475 for complete session

    Snobahn membership not included

    EMSC Athletes can purchase a monthly membership for snowbahn for $70 a month when done in person or over the phone.
